I love books and firmly believe that reading to a child is one of the most important things you can do to foster imagination and creativity. And because of the unique way that we are creating our family our bookshelf will always be an important resource for understanding some of the issues that we will face together and that made us a family. As a multicultural family we will read books that are specific to China and to adoption but also other stories and traditions that have significance to our family.
